Local Government in the New Century: A Search for New Frontiers was published by PPRC and Pathak Shamabesh in 2002. It belongs to the same years as the Local Government Support Group (2000–2003), the citizen policy coalition I led to advocate fiscal and administrative decentralisation of local government in Bangladesh.
